Working out at the gym is a great way to relieve some stress, spend your time productively and even hang out with friends, (even if you end up sweating immensely from parts of your body you didn’t know you could sweat from). A great way to distract yourself from the blood, sweat and tears you are putting into a grueling workout to pop in your earbuds and listen to music. If you don’t have these songs on your workout playlist, add them. Like, now.
